30-DAY RETURN POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to Surrounded by Light within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below. Full refund of the purchase price (less shipping) will be credited back to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Be sure to include a copy of the proof of purchase, or a packing slip that includes pertinent contact information. Once received, we will issue a refund (less shipping) to the original form of payment.

RETURN ELIGIBILTY DEPENDENT PACKAGING OF ITEMS:

Please return items in the original packaging. Items damaged due insufficient return packaging will NOT be eligible a full return.

DEFECIVE OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING:

Defective items may be exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. Return shipping fees for verified defective or damaged items will be reimbursed.

EXCHANGES:

Please allow 5-10 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.
